The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend <br />Chapter 90, Article II, to section 90-106 BUSINESS PARK (BP) state the fol- <br />lowing: <br />Sec. 90-106 Business Park (BP) <br />(d) (6) Exterior storage, provided the storage area is completely <br />screened from public rights-of-way and residentially zoned property <br />by an intervening building, berm, solid -wall wood fence, or landscape <br />plantings. The screening shall be to a minimum height of six feet or a <br />height sufficient to screen the outside storage. Raw materials will only <br />be allowed provided the material does not produce noxious fumes, ob- <br />noxious products, byproducts or wastes, or creates other objectionable <br />impact on the environment or on nearby property. . <br />Section 2. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction <br />adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not <br />affect any other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included with that <br />judgment. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
