<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Assessor Dan Raboin, Planner Rachel <br />Juba, Community Development Assistant Rachel Leitz, and City Clerk Michele Lindau <br /> <br />Property Owner Appeals <br /> <br />The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from property owners for the purpose of <br />reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2019. <br /> <br />Eight property owners appeared before the board to discuss the valuation and/or classification of <br />their parcels. The board discussed the appeals from these eight property owners and six <br />maintenance changes as prepared by the city assessor prior to this meeting. <br /> <br />Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to make all changes as discussed. <br /> <br />All Ayes.
