Applicants should consult Corps mitigation guidelines and WCA rules for requirements. Replacement/Compensatory Mitigation via Wetland Banking. Complete this section if you are proposing to use credits from an existi wetland bank (with an account number in the State wetland banking system) for all or part of your replacement/compensatory mitigation requirements. The applicant searched in the Bank Service Areas 6 and 7 for available wetland credits closest to the subject project, in accordance with applicable rules. However, in —kind replacement credits were either not available or were under contract with another parties. The next nearest credits were searched for in BSA #5 and 8. In —kind wetland credits are presently secured in BSA#8, the Graner Wetland Bank #1580, to provide a 2.5:1 wetland replacement.
