Resolution 2018 - <br />Page 2 <br />4. While the properties to the east are developed with town homes, they are <br />separated from these properties by a wooded area. With proper transitions in the <br />site layout the wooded area could help serve as an acceptable transition to a <br />proposed commercial development. There are several situations in the City where <br />properties zoned General Business (C-2) are adjacent to residential uses. Staff has <br />evaluated site layouts and landscaping as a way to buffer commercial uses from <br />the residential uses. The properties can accommodate the expanded uses without <br />having an adverse impact on the surrounding properties. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of July, 2018. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
