We have been approached by the Hugo American <br />Legion Charitable Gambling, asking us if we would conduct purse bingo for them at the Legion. The GCB <br />allows an organization to give consent for a second organization to run bingo, provided they complete a <br />consent form. I have included a copy of this consent form and an LG214 that needs to be approved by the city <br />in order for us to do this for them. They had wanted us to do the bingo session on Monday, August 6, 2018; <br />however, seeing you have a city council meeting tonight and not another one until August 6, this date may not <br />be possible unless there is a special meeting held in between.
