Resolution 2018- <br />Page 3 <br />11. Prior to commencement of any grading, the developer shall comply with the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The developer shall revise plans per items number 5. <br />b. The developer shall obtain all necessary stormwater management and <br />WCA permits from the City. <br />c. The development shall obtain the necessary permits from the Army Corp <br />of Engineers for the wetland replacement plan. <br />12. Prior to the release of the final plat for recording, the developer shall comply with the <br />following conditions. <br />a. The developer shall comply with the City standards for street lighting <br />within the public right-of-way. The street lights shall be the Veron style <br />decorative light. <br />b. The developer shall comply with all conditions outlined in the City <br />Engineer's memos dated March 3, 2018. <br />c. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief s requirements <br />regarding fire flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire <br />department connections, and fire lane signage. <br />d. The developer shall obtain all necessary stormwater management and <br />WCA permits from the City. <br />e. The development shall obtain the necessary permits from the Army Corp <br />of Engineers for the wetland replacement plan. <br />f. The developer shall vacate the existing easement on Outlot J. <br />g. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br />h. A stormwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed and approved by staff <br />and recoded at Washington County. <br />i. The Homeowners Association (HOA) documents for review and approval <br />by staff. <br />j. Architectural design guidelines shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />k. The developer shall work with City staff to provide trail connections to the <br />proposed park to the east. <br />
