Preliminary Plat <br />b. Preliminary Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plans <br />c. Preliminary Utility Plan <br />• Wetland Impact Plan dated 03/29/18 by Westwood Professional Services <br />• Wetland Replacement Plan dated March 2018 and Addendum dated 03/30/18 <br />• Groundwater Investigation Report dated March 2018 by Earth Science Associates, Inc. <br />• Preliminary Stormwater Runoff Narrative dated 02/16/18 by Westwood Professional <br />Services <br />• Stormwater Reuse Water Irrigation Plans dated 03/12/18 by Irrigation Doctor Rx <br />Based on the review of the preliminary plat documents, we offer the following comments related <br />to this application: <br />Preliminary Plat <br />1.
