The Developer shall pay the City water trunk fee in the <br />amount of $68,796. This sum is calculated to be $1,960 per lot, with credit provided for the <br />stormwater reuse/irrigation system based on the anticipated reduction in water demand. The <br />reduction is calculated at 35%, resulting in a trunk water fee amount of $1,176 per lot.
