DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicants are requesting approval of a property line adjustment for the properties of 17300 <br />and 17260 Keystone Avenue N. Parcel A is 5 acres and parcel B is 15 acres in size. The <br />applicant is proposing to adjust the common property line between the properties. This <br />adjustment will result in Parcel A totaling 10 acres and Parcel B totaling 10 acres. <br />2. ANALYSIS: <br />Section 90-339 of the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulations states that, "where adjacent <br />property owners desire to adjust their mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of record, <br />they may request a property line adjustment." Subd. (2) of this section further states that, "where <br />the adjustment of the property line between two properties retains or causes both properties to be <br />in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulation, the Zoning Administrator <br />shall provide the application to the City Council for administrative review and consideration." <br />
