PLANNIG COMMISSION UPDATE: <br />At its August 9, 2018, meeting the Planning Commission held a public hearing and considered <br />the request. There was one resident that spoke during the public hearing and stated that all of her <br />questions were answered during the presentation and that she likes that the application is willing <br />to screen the view of the cars stored in the back of the building. The applicant addressed the <br />Commission stating that he is looking forward to consolidating his properties into one location. <br />The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the conditional use permit for <br />auto sales, auto body repair shop, and outdoor vehicle storage at the property located at 15587 <br />Boulevard North. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit (CUP) for auto sales, auto body <br />repair shop, and outdoor vehicle storage at the property located at 15587 Boulevard North. <br />3. BACKGROUND: <br />The applicant currently owns Kerstens Auto Sales at the properties located at 14057 Forest <br />Boulevard North and 5725 148t' Street. The applicant has stated his desire is to combine the two <br />
