The use does not impact any wetlands. <br />12. The applicant will be responsible for obtaining all state and local permits. <br />13. The vehicle storage area will be adequately screened from adjacent residential uses <br />and public right-of-ways. The applicant has stated that he would install landscaping along <br />the south property line to further buffer from the residentially zoned property to the east. <br />Alternatively the applicant could install a privacy fence along the south side. <br />14.
