,o <br />14669 FitzgeraW Avenue North • Hugo, MN 55039 <br />Call to Order <br />Minutes <br />HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />HUGO CITY HALL <br />MONDAY, AUGUST 20, 2018 — 7 P.M. <br />Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Dave Snyder, City Engineer Mark Erichson, Community <br />Development Director Rachel Juba, and City Clerk Michele Lindau <br />Approval of Minutes for August 6, 2018 Council Meeting <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the August 6, 2018, City <br />Council meeting as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of Minutes for August 7, 2018 TGK Groundbreaking <br />Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the minutes for the August 7, 2018, TGK <br />Groundbreaking Ceremony as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of Minutes for August 7, 2018 National Night Out <br />Miron made Motion, Klein seconded, to approve the minutes for National Night Out as <br />presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of the Agenda <br />Weidt made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Donation of Emagine Theatre Passes to Families of Deployed <br />Haas spoke about the donation from Emagine Theatres of family passes for seven local families <br />of deployed soldiers of the 347th Regional Support Group. The donation was the outcome of the <br />recent re -grand opening of the theatre in White Bear Township that Haas attended. He stated <br />that the owner, Jon Goldstein, was gracious and supportive of our military and happy to provide <br />the passes. <br />
