Motion carried. <br />G.1 Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />G.2 Approve Annual Performance Review for City Clerk Michele Lindau <br />Michele Lindau was hired as the new City Clerk in the City of Hugo on January 1, 2008. <br />Michele was originally hired by the City of Hugo as a part time employee in 1997 and a full time <br />employee beginning May 1, 1999. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual <br />performance review for City Clerk Michele Lindau. <br />G.3 Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Paul Christianson <br />The City of Hugo hired Paul Christianson as a Public Works Worker on September 27, 2004. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Public Works <br />Worker Paul Christianson. <br />GA Approve Hiring of Amber Lozier as Finance and Public Works Administrative <br />Assistant <br />At its September 4, 2018 meeting, The Council approved the job description for the Finance and <br />Public Works Administrative Assistant, an inter -departmental position that will support both the <br />Finance and the Public Works Departments. Amber Lozier has worked for the City as a <br />temporary scanning technician since February, 2015, helping to scan documents for the <br />Laserfiche project. Finance Director Ron Otkin recommends Council approve the appointment <br />of Amber Lozier as the new full-time Finance and Public Works Administrative Assistant with a <br />start date of October 8, 2018. <br />G.5. Approve Off -Site Gambling Permit for Merrick, Inc. for Purse Bingo at the Hugo <br />American Legion <br />Merrick, Inc., has submitted an application to conduct off -site gambling at the Hugo American <br />Legion on September 24, 2018. The Legion is requesting Merrick be allowed to conduct Purse <br />Bingo at their location. Staff recommends Council approve the Off -Site Gambling Permit for <br />Merrick, Inc. <br />
