Property Line Adjustment for <br />properties located south of 125th Street North. <br />DATE: August 9, 2018, for the City Council meeting of September 17, 2018 <br />REVIEW DEADLINE: September 27, 2018 <br />ZONING: Rural Residential (RR) <br />LAND USE: Large Lot Residential <br />1. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicants are requesting approval of a property line adjustment for the properties of 7755 <br />125a' Street North and 12140 Illies Avenue North. Parcel B is 5 acres and Parcel A is 137 acres <br />in size. The applicant is proposing to adjust the common property line between the properties. <br />This adjustment will result in Parcel B totaling 6 acres and Parcel A totaling 136 acres. <br />2. ANALYSIS: <br />Section 90-339 of the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulations states that, "where adjacent <br />property owners desire to adjust their mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of record, <br />they may request a property line adjustment." Subd. (2) of this section further states that, "where <br />the adjustment of the property line between two properties retains or causes both properties to be <br />in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulation, the Zoning Administrator <br />shall provide the application to the City Council for administrative review and consideration." <br />
