Resolution 2018- <br />Page 2 <br />The permit shall be reviewed each year for the first two years after <br />installation and every five years following. <br />Expires in 25 years (timeline beginning at the issuance of the building <br />permit) Expires when deemed abandoned. Expires when FastSun 4, LLC, <br />is no longer the operator. <br />9.
