■ <br />Livingfliealthy <br />Ird WA.';NINCTON r M INTY <br />neighborhood, social media, and press releases to raise project <br />awareness and encourage involvement. <br />Master Plan Development <br />WSB Landscape Architect to engage the Parks Commission, <br />June <br />$9,500 <br />Council, and residents in planning Clearwater Creek Preserve. <br />2018 <br />(SHIP $5,500) <br />This process will include: <br />(City $4,000) <br />• Initial open house meeting to inform the public gather <br />relevant input <br />• Preparation of conceptual design alternatives <br />• Public meeting to review concept plans and provide <br />feedback (online interactive program also utilized) <br />• Preferred Master Plan preparation which will illustrate <br />preferred trail types and locations and desired support <br />trail amenities (restrooms, access and parking, signage, <br />etc.) with an estimate of probable costs at a master plan <br />level. <br />• Master Plan will be brought to a public Parks <br />Commission meeting for review and approval. <br />• Master plan will be brought to a City Council meeting for <br />approval and adoption <br />Feasibility Study <br />A feasibility study for the project area will be prepared to <br />July <br />$8,000 City of Hugo <br />include a 30% design document package illustrating trail layout <br />2018 <br />and partial grading plan with an accompanying <br />report/memorandum. An estimate of probable costs for <br />construction will be prepared to include a range of trail surface <br />options and creek crossing options. A phasing plan based upon <br />priorities will also be included. <br />
