a. To study, report, and make recommendations on amendments to the city's <br />comprehensive plan and land use regulations. <br />b. To conduct hearings and make recommendations regarding the issuance of <br />conditional use permits. <br />c. To conduct hearings and make recommendations regarding requests for rezoning. <br />d. To conduct hearings and make recommendations regarding the subdivision and <br />platting of property. <br />e. To review and make recommendations on commercial and industrial site plans. <br />f. To review and make recommendations on variances associated with site plans, <br />preliminary plats, and conditional use permits. <br />g.
