�4 <br />III TOF <br />V'�.r► <br />Memorandum <br />To: Mayor and Hugo City Council <br />Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br />From: Chuck Preisler, Building Official <br />Date: October 23, 2018 <br />Re: Compliance Inspection for 16615 Forest Blvd. N HUGO AUTO AND TRUCK <br />PARTS_ Auto Dismantling Facilities. <br />An inspection was conducted on October 23, 2018, at the above site to determine <br />compliance with City Codes, Ordinances, and the Conditional Use Permits for this <br />facility. Present at the inspection were; Michael Brandt, owner of Hugo Auto Parts, and <br />myself. <br />All licenses and permits are up to date and displayed on the premises. <br />The site inspection included a thorough review of Chapter 42 Article IV and the SUP <br />issued for that site. No violations were detected in any City or County code requirements. <br />The City has received a copy of Washington County's inspection report for the address <br />file. The Hugo Auto and Truck Parts Facility appeared to be in total compliance. <br />
