Resolution 2018- <br />Page 2 <br />e. Architectural design guidelines shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />f. A development agreement shall be executed and all fees shall be paid. <br />7. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer must comply with the following <br />conditions. <br />a. The applicant shall record the final plat, development agreement and all other <br />documentation at Washington County and provide the City with proof of recording. <br />b.
