Planning Commission <br />April 12, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />The Commission agreed that although the properties still do not meet the lot regulations in the FUS zoning <br />district, the proposed changes would more align the properties with those requirements. <br />Commissioner Tjernlund motioned, Commissioner Luchsinger seconded to approve the preliminary plat and <br />final plat for Weston Estates subject to the conditions listed in the resolution. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Adjournment <br />Commissioner Tjernlund made a motion, Commissioner Derr seconded, to adjourn at 7:29 pm. <br />All Ayes.
