CITY OF HUGO <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />DATE OF APPROVAL: <br />OWNER: Schwieters Properties, LLP <br />13925 Fenway Boulevard North <br />Hugo, MN 55038 <br />ADDRESS FOR WHICH CUP IS GRANTED: 13676 Fenway Boulevard North <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Exhibit A <br />ZONING DISTRICT: Business Park (BP) <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br />A campus development to allow multiple buildings on one parcel. <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS APPROVED SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br />1. The development shall comply with the comments in the Engineer's memo dated <br />April 20, 2018. <br />2. The development shall comply with the site plan submitted on April 10, 2018, and <br />approved by the City Council on May 7, 2018, subject to the conditions listed in <br />the approving resolutions for the site plan and conditional use permits. <br />3. The property shall comply with (Exhibit B). <br />4. The applicant shall be required to apply for formal site plan approval for all <br />phases to be considered by the Planning Commission and approve by the City <br />Council. <br />5. The building architecture, materials, and colors shall be compatible for all <br />building located on the property. <br />6. All exterior storage shall be screened from view from adjacent properties and <br />right of ways. Staff shall review and approve the fencing and landscape plan. <br />7. Exterior storage of equipment shall be located on a paved surface. <br />
