Resolution 2018 - <br />Page 2 <br />6. The preliminary phasing plan per plans dated February 5, 2018, revised March 19, <br />2018, shall be revised to include utility and stormwater management/reuse <br />installation. The revised plan shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />a. Phase 1 shall include: <br />i. Outlot J shall be dedicated to satisfy the park land dedication <br />requirement. <br />ii. Connection to the park on the east end of Ethan Trail <br />b. Phase 2 shall include: <br />i. The extension of Oneka Parkway to the north plat boundary. <br />7. The building setbacks and impervious surface coverage requirements for the PUD are <br />as follows: <br />8. A stormwater re -use system, as shown in the plans, shall be constructed with the <br />development. The final plans shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The system <br />will be installed by the applicant, and owned/operated/maintained by the <br />homeowner's association. A stormwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed an <br />approved by staff and recoded at Washington County. <br />9. The developer has indicated that an HOA will be established for the development to <br />own/operate/maintain landscaping within the outlots, landscaping along Oneka <br />Parkway, and the water re -use system. The HOA documents shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff prior to the recording of the final plat for Phase 1. <br />10. The developer must comply with the following, prior to Final Plat and Final PUD <br />Plan application: <br />Landscaping and Lighting <br />a.
