The total park dedication for the <br />project will be $108,000. <br />4. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />The MWF Properties staff have done a good job providing and representing a basic sketch plan <br />for the project. There are some items the applicant will need to work on in regards to the <br />architecture. <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission provide feedback on the sketch plan to MWF <br />Properties.
