Decommissioning Plan I Rev.0 <br />TABLE 2 (Salvage Value) <br />NET COSTS FOR DECOMMISSIONING <br />The estimated cost, salvage value, and net costs of decommissioning the project are below. <br />Demo & Restoration Cost $ 134,267 <br />Salvage Value (104,732) <br />Total Net Cost $ 29,536 <br />DECOMMISSIONING FUND <br />1) Decommissioning of the system will occur within 60 days from either of the following: <br />A. The end of the system's serviceable life; or <br />B. The system becomes a discontinued use. A system shall be considered a discontinued use after one year <br />without energy production, unless a plan is developed and submitted to the Zoning Administrator outlining <br />the steps and schedule for returning the system toservice. <br />2) The anticipated manner in which the solar farm project will be decommissioned and site restored: <br />The manner in which the solar farm will be decommissioned is found in aforementioned in this document. <br />3) Timetable for completion of decommissioning: <br />The decommissioning will be completed within the time frame stated in the Conditional or Interim Use Permit. <br />We recommend 6 months. <br />4) The party responsible for decommissioning: <br />The permittee or its assignee shall be responsible for the decommissioning.
