City of Hugo <br />August 17, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />• Proposed and existing stormwater facilities' location, alignment and elevation. <br />• Delineation of existing on-site wetland, marshes and floodplain areas. <br />• Identification of existing and proposed normal, ordinary high and 100 -year water elevations on- <br />site. <br />• Identification of existing and proposed contour elevations within the project site related to NAVD <br />88. <br />• Construction plans and specifications of all proposed stormwater management facilities, including <br />design details for outlet control structures. <br />• Grading plan showing floodplain elevations, EOF locations and elevations, building elevations, <br />and grading limits. <br />• Stormwater runoff volume and rate analyses for the 2-, 10 -,100 -year, and 10 -day snowmelt <br />critical events, existing and proposed conditions utilizing NOAA Atlas 14. <br />• All hydrologic, water quality and hydraulic computations completed to design the proposed <br />stormwater management facilities. Atlas 14 rainfall depths and MSE 3 distribution curve method <br />must be used. Runoff from pervious and impervious areas within the model must be modeled <br />separately. Curve numbers for pervious areas shall be consistent with values recommended in <br />the Minnesota Stormwater Manual. Curve numbers for post -development condition within <br />construction limits shall be shifted down one classification for HSG B and half a classification for <br />HSG A to account for impacts of grading on soil structure unless the project specifications <br />incorporate soils amendments. <br />Narrative including a project description, discussion of BMP selection, and revegetation plan for <br />the project site. <br />• Utility plan including storm sewer design and details plates. <br />• Other project site-specific submittal requirements as may be required by the City. <br />K:\010469-000\Admin\Docs\Stormwater Requirements Memo.docx <br />
