The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend <br />Chapter 90- ZONING AND LAND USE, Article II- ADMINISTRATION AND EN- <br />FORCEMENT, SECTION 90-31 PLANNING COMMISSION to read as follows: <br />(6) One alternate member shall be appointed by City Council. In the <br />event of an absence of a regular commission member, the alternate <br />member shall temporarily fill the seat of the absent member and ex- <br />ercise all powers of the regular member. An alternate member shall <br />be appointed to a three-year term and is subject to the same mem- <br />bership requirements as a regular member. An alternate member is <br />expected to attend all meetings and be prepared to participate and <br />vote when necessary. <br />Section 5. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdic- <br />tion adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall <br />not affect any other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included with <br />that judgment. <br />Section 6.
