Housing Availability and Construction <br />Housing Types <br />Hugo provides a wide range of housing types for their residents. Along with population increases in Hugo, the number of housing units has <br />increased, particularly for townhomes, duplexes, and multi -family homes, as shown in Table 4-1. Percent Change in Housing Type, 1990-2015. <br />Of the homes provided in Hugo, 3,136 of them are considered affordable to households with incomes at or below 30% Area Median Income <br />(AMI), between 31 and 50% AMI, and between 51 and 80% AMI, as shown in Table 4-1.
