Commuting <br />Travel Time to Work <br />The average travel time to work increased slightly from 28.7 minutes in <br />2000 to 29.9 minutes in 2010. The U.S. Census Bureau estimates that <br />this average increased to 30 minutes in 2015. <br />Means of Transportation to Work <br />The majority of Hugo residents drive or carpool to work. Figure xx <br />shows that all modes of transportation have increased over time <br />(except for public transit), which is consistent with the increase in <br />population. <br />Commuteshed <br />Table xx shows that the majority of Hugo residents travel to other <br />communities to work, and that only 323 Hugo residents live and work <br />in Hugo.
