Business Park (BP) <br />The Business Park designation provides opportunities for office, <br />office warehouse, light industrial, and light manufacturing businesses. <br />This use generally identifies larger tracts of land that that would be <br />suitable for office and business park type developments. The Business <br />Park areas are served or are intend to be served by urban services <br />including sewer and water and are concentrated in areas that are <br />accessible to key transportation corridors. <br />HUG 2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE <br />Minimum Area: 20 acres <br />City Utilities: Required for all new development <br />• Wholesale and retail trade establishments for large volume or bulk commercial items, office <br />Types of Development: showrooms and small businesses that have both commercial and industrial characteristics <br />• Businesses with no outside storage <br />• Near arterial access points <br />Development Location Criteria: In transition areas between residential, commercial and industrial areas <br />LAND USE 66 <br />
