<br />Section 27, Township 31, Range 21 in Washington County is a Section that has
<br />evidence of a stone placed as a monumented center of Section, This
<br />man umanted position is depicted on the county surveyor's Section breakdown
<br />dated 11/30/1976. In addition, we received a survey completed by Don Hult
<br />from the owner, which appears to have been completed in the early 1970`s.
<br />This survey utilized the monument led center of Section to subdivide the West
<br />Half of the Northeast Ouorter into 4-20 acre parcels. In conducting our field
<br />work in February of 2017, we located and found existing survey monuments and
<br />occupation on our parcel which matched a boundary established utilizing said
<br />monumented center. In addition, we met with and discussed this Section
<br />—
<br />breakdown with the current staff of the Washington County Surveyors Office.
<br />They are aware of this center, and also believe many surveys within this Section
<br />Me also perpetuated the monumented position. As a result, we also utilized
<br />NORTH
<br />the monumented position to prepare this survey and retrace the parcel
<br />boundary as shown.
