<br /> Section 27, Township 31, Range 21 in Washington County is a Section that has
<br /> ^of- 13561 HOMESTEAD AVENUE NORTH evidence a stone placed as a monumented center of Section. This
<br /> monumenteted position is depicted on the county surveyor's Section breakdown
<br /> dated 11/30/1976. In addition, we received a survey completed by Don HEIR
<br /> from the owner, which appears to have been completed in the early 1970`s.
<br /> This survey utilized the monument led center of Section to subdivide the West
<br /> Half of the Northeast Ouorter into 4-20 acre parcels. In conducting our field
<br /> work in February of 2017, we located and found existing survey monuments and
<br /> occupation on our parcel which matched If boundary established utilizing said
<br /> monumented center. In addition, we met with and discussed this Section
<br /> breakdown with the current staff of the Washington County Surveyors Office.
<br /> ----NORTH LINE OF THE i They are aware of this center, and also believe many surveys within this Section
<br /> W 1/2 OF THE NE 114 I have also perpetuated the monumented position. As a result, we also utilized
<br /> NORTH the monumented position to prepare this survey and retrace the parcel
<br /> GRAPHIC SCALE boundary as shown.
