RESOLUTION 2017- <br /> APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A SHARED <br /> DRIVEWAY FOR THE PROPERTIES GENERALY LOCATED SOUTH OF <br /> 132nd STREET NORTH AND EAST OF HOMESTEAD AVENUE NORTH <br /> WHEREAS, Joe and Chelsea Carlson, 13561 Homes North, requested approval of a <br /> conditional use permit to allow a shared driveway for the properties generally located <br /> south of 132nd Street and East of Homestead Avenue North. <br /> WHEREAS,the subject properties are legally described as follows: <br /> (See attached) <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly <br /> called public hearing on March 23, 2017, and recommends approval subject to the <br /> conditions listed in the conditional use permit. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br /> conditional use permit for a shared driveway on properties located generally located <br /> south of 132d Street and East of Homestead Avenue North. subject to the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1.
