At the time the minor subdivision is recorded, the applicant shall record a staff <br />approved driveway maintenance and easement agreement for the shared <br />driveway. <br />2. Prior the issuance of a building permit for either parcel C or B, the applicant will <br />need to demonstrate that the area of the proposed shared driveway will not impact <br />any wetlands.
