<br /> Section 27, Township 31, Range 21 in Washington County is a Section that has
<br /> evidence of a stone placed as a monumented center of Section. This
<br /> manumented position is depicted on the county surveyor's Section breakdown
<br /> dated 11/30/1976. In addition, we received a survey completed by Don Hult
<br /> from the owner, which appears to have been completed in the early 1970's.
<br /> This survey utilized the monumented center of Section to subdivide the West
<br /> Half of the Northeast Quarter into 4-20 acre parcels. In conducting our field
<br /> work in February of 2017, we located and found existing survey monuments and
<br /> occupation on our parcel which matched a boundary established utilizing said
<br /> monumented center. In addition, we met with and discussed this Section
<br /> breakdown with the current staff of the Washington County Surveyor's Office.
<br /> They are aware of this center, and also believe many surveys within this Section
<br /> have also perpetuated the monumented position. As a result, we also utilized
<br /> the monumented position to prepare this survey and retrace the parcel
<br /> E boundary as shown.

<br /> North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the southwest corner of the W 1/2 — NE 1/4 of Section 27; thence
<br /> north, along the west line of the W 1/2 of NE 1/4. a distance of 660 feet, more
<br /> or less, to the point of beginning at the point of intersection with a line drawn
