ADDITIONAL COMMENTS TO SUPPORT JD: The 0.78-acre review area identified as Wetland 4 on the <br />enclosed figure is an upland area and does not contain any wetlands or waters of the U.S. The area is not <br />designated on the NWI, and though the soil (Soderville loamy fine sand, 3% hydric soil, predominantly <br />non-hydric) meets the Al 1 field indicator for hydric soils, no hydrologic or hydrophytic vegetation <br />indicators were met within the review area labeled Wetland 4. Therefore, wetland criteria are not met for <br />the review area. <br />
