The property totals 216.6 acres and is comprised of seven parcels. <br /> The preliminary plat includes 319 single family residential lots and 10 outlots to be known as <br /> "Adelaide Landing". <br /> The PUD General Plan will be for all 216.6 acres of the property and is proposed to be rezoned <br /> from Single Family Detached Residential (R-3)to Planned Unit Development(PUD).
