Adelaide Landing Residential Development <br />Traffic Impact Analysis <br />1/31/2017 <br />development streets will connect with 139th Street, 138th Street (via Flay Avenue) and 135th <br />Street. These neighborhoods will see increased traffic since many streets will have been dead - <br />ends before the development — most notably, 139th Street as it exits to TH 61 to the west. <br />139th Street provides the most direct access to TH 61 from the north half of the development. <br />While adjacent neighborhoods will experience additional traffic as a result of this development, <br />it is also true that the new street network will allow traffic from adjacent neighborhoods to <br />filter through to get to and from TH 61. So the new development may be a benefit as well as a <br />hindrance. <br />38 Westwood <br />
