Resolution 2017 - <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />b. The stormwater ponding fee is not required. This was paid at the time the regional basin was <br />constructed. <br />c. All development fees shall be paid. <br />d. The applicant shall pay the City's Stormwater trunk fee. <br />e. The applicant shall pay the City's sewer and water trunk fees and SAC and WAC fees for each <br />lot. <br />Miscellaneous <br />a. The applicant shall be required to draft and execute a stormwater drainage and maintenance <br />agreement between the two parcels whom share a drainage outlet. This shall be reviewed by <br />City staff. <br />b. Sewer and water stubs should be verified by the applicant before any development occurs on site. <br />If the stubs are not present, the contractor is to coordinate the connection and any corresponding <br />permitting with the City to excavate in the City street and with Metropolitan Council <br />Engineering Services to connect to the MCES interceptor. <br />c. A complete set of revised plans addressing the conditions of approval shall be submitted for city <br />approval. <br />4. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the applicant must comply with the following <br />conditions: <br />a. The roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of adjacent properties. <br />b. All landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />5.
