The development shall comply with the comments in the Engineer's memo dated <br />December 1, 2011, May 15, 2012, October 29, 2012, and July 7, 2017. <br />2. The property shall comply with (Exhibit B). <br />3. The location and geometrics of the site plan shall further reviewed and approved <br />by City staff prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />4. All exterior storage shall be screened from view from adjacent properties and <br />right of ways. Staff shall review and approve the fencing and landscape plan. <br />5. Exterior storage of equipment shall be located on a paved surface. <br />6. The design of the home simulators shall be reviewed and approved by City staff <br />prior to installation. <br />7. The building architecture is subject to further review and approval by the City. <br />8. At anytime the fumes from the outdoor gas training becomes a nuisance; Xcel <br />shall take action to abate the issue. At anytime as requested by the City, Xcel <br />agrees to notify the surrounding property owners of gas training. <br />
