Offering a mix of housing opportunities to <br />meet the needs of existing and future residents is often a challenge <br />for local governments. As people go through various stages and/or <br />changes in their lives, their needs and desires for different types of <br />housing change. Further, the challenges of providing different types of <br />housing are often beyond the control of the community. Nevertheless, <br />there is a lot that local governments can do to address housing needs <br />within the community. <br />HOUSING 83 <br />
