DRAFT Dec14-17 <br />for review only <br />ocal Roadways <br />The primary function of local roadways is land access. Local roadways <br />are all roadways that are not arterials or collectors. Local roadways <br />connect individual land parcels with other local roadways and <br />collectors. Trips on local roadways are typically less than two miles <br />and speeds are typically low. Local roadways are under the jurisdiction <br />of the City of Hugo. <br />Planned Functional Classification <br />Several functional classification changes are recommended in <br />response to changes in traffic patterns, development patterns, and <br />increased population and employment in the City.
