Preserved natural resources; forests, wetlands, prairies, etc. 2. Hugo has plenty of wildlife and preserves <br />wildlife habitat (similar to above comment). Very fun to watch wildlife in backyard. 3. Low density housing <br />with land. 4. Hugo maintains a fairly peaceful, rural community. 5. Hugo removes snow from main roads/ <br />well traveled roads well in the winter time. 6. Hugo has a great and informative City Newsletter for citizens. <br />7.
