The Citizen is mailed to 3,311 homes through the USPS. Additionally, more <br />than 700 newspapers are distributed at 20 locations in the Hugo area that are available for readers to pick up, plus our <br />online readers. We reach 100% of the homes in Hugo with our saturation edition. <br />In an effort to communicate with the growing population of Hugo, one recommendation is to include a reference to The <br />Citizen as your legal newspaper with the water bill and city newsletters to let residents know that the print edition of <br />The Citizen is free and delivered to their home. Also, a copy could be included in any welcome packets distributed to <br />residents. The Citizen can also be viewed online at www.readthecitizen.com.
