DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a property line adjustment for the properties of 13530 <br />Homestead Avenue North and 13560 Homestead Avenue North. Parcel A is 12.04 acres and <br />parcel B is 5 acres in size. The applicant is proposing to adjust the common property line <br />between the properties. This adjustment will result in Parcel A totaling 12.04 acres and Parcel B <br />totaling 5 acres. <br />2. ANALYSIS: <br />Section 90-339 of the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulations states that, "where adjacent <br />property owners desire to adjust their mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of record, <br />they may request a property line adjustment." Subd. (2) of this section further states that, "where <br />the adjustment of the property line between two properties retains or causes both properties to be <br />in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulation, the Zoning Administrator <br />shall provide the application to the City Council for administrative review and consideration." <br />
