ORDINANCE 2018- <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO <br />CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF 125T" STREET NORTH, EAST OF ILLIES <br />AVENUE NORTH AND NORTH OF 120TH STREET <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the City of Hugo, <br />Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Hugo Zoning Map to <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) with respect to the 136.7-acre property legally described as <br />follows: <br />See Attached <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
