The Development Fees are included within Exhibit C of the <br /> Development Agreement. <br /> We are working directly with the applicant's engineer to finalize the grading, street, and storm sewer <br /> construction plans, specifications, and details. We will issue the drainage permit and construction <br /> plan approvals once the remaining issues have been resolved.
