RESOLUTION 2019-2 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PRECINCT POLLING LOCATIONS FOR THE 2018 <br />ELECTIONS IN THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, there was a change made during the 2017 legislative session to State <br />Statute 204.16 which discusses polling place designations; and, <br />WHEREAS, state law now requires municipalities to designate precinct polling places <br />for all elections for the year by December 31 of the prior year; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hugo <br />hereby designates precinct polling locations for 2019 as follows: <br />Precinct 1 — Hugo Fire Department, 5323 140th Street North <br />Precinct 2A and 2B — Oneka Elementary School, 4888 Heritage Parkway North <br />Precinct 3A — Hugo City Hall, 14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North <br />Precinct 3B — Rice Lake Center, 6900 137' Street North <br />ADOPTED by the Hugo City Council this 7th day of January, 2019. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
