CITY OF HUGO WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />Problem 4.10.A. The City recognizes the need for coordination with the RCWD in the <br />administration of the RCWD rules by the City. <br />Corrective Action 4.10.A. The City has completed, and will continue to complete, annual audits <br />with the RCWD; however, to ensure continued proper administration of RCWD the City has <br />amended its permit, as well as permit checklist as requested by the RCWD. Those documents <br />are provided in Appendix F. The City will have its Ordinance Review Committee review City <br />Ordinances related to RCWD rules. Once completed, the City will send the RCWD its draft <br />ordinances revisions for review and comment. <br />Problem 4.10.13. For those projects located within the Carnelian -Marine -St. Croix Watershed and <br />Brown's Creek Watershed District, the City has identified the need for coordination with <br />developers regarding permit applications. <br />Corrective Action 4.10.13. As development occurs within Carnelian -Marine -St. Croix Watershed <br />and Brown's Creek Watershed District BCWD, the City will notify permit applicants of the <br />watershed districts' roles in permitting and stormwater management where applicable. Carnelian - <br />Marine -St. Croix Watershed and Brown's Creek Watershed District will be included in the <br />discussion about potential development plans prior to submittal for a watershed permit. <br />SECTION 4 ' . • <br />
