Sec. 90-137. Shoreland district.- ' <br />The shoreland district of the city shall be all that land within 1,000 feet of the ordinary <br />high-water levels of the lakes, ponds, and flowages, and within 300 feet of the ordinary high- <br />water level of the rivers and streams listed in the shoreland classification data table of this <br />section.
