V. FINDINGS OF GIS ANALYSIS AND P8 MODELING <br />To further evaluate opportunities that may be available to reduce runoff volumes and <br />pollutant loads within the City of Hugo, an analysis of GIS data that is available within <br />the City was completed. The results of this analysis were used to develop a P8 model to <br />evaluate existing and future pollutant loads based on various land use scenarios. <br />The detailed results of this GIS and P8 modeling work are provide in Appendices B, C, <br />D, and E.
