Effective April 28, 2015 Chapter Four Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Regulations <br />3.13 Authorized access. <br />To enforce this Chapter, the Department or its authorized agent may enter any building, or come on to property, or <br />place where there is reason to suspect that a subsurface sewage treatment system is failing to protect groundwater or <br />is an imminent threat to public health and safety. <br />3.14 Permit fees. <br />Fees for permits, operating permits, inspections required, or services rendered under this Chapter shall be set by the <br />Washington County Board of Commissioners. <br />22 Washington County Development Code <br />
